Mario: I want to say no, because I am aware of the health benefits of eating healthy. Also, obviously junk food contains a lot of salt and sugar to make it tasty and appealing. However, as a student, I am often tempted to transfer quickly and easily, and lately, delivering ready meals without leaving home has been really helpful, although I know this is a bad habit. Keeping healthy and following proper dietary habits makes it easier to lose weight and maintain good health, but I am a busy student and choosing a healthy lifestyle is not always easy.
