Each cost-effective tool is offered as a stand-alone system or as part of a comprehensive practice management system. The RXNT EHR and PM were built on the same platform and had perfect interoperability with no requirement for an interface. Users can access each design at any time, from any computer, smartphone, or mobile device, thanks to RXNT’s cloud-based technology. In addition, a US-based team is accessible to assist users via phone, email, and online chat. Each system provides unique templates and reasonable practices for businesses of every size or speciality.
Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
Users have real-time access to patient health and medication history with RXNT EHR Software (which includes EPCS-certified e-prescribing). In addition, users can access and create patient charts and request and evaluate lab tests, which are then automatically uploaded to the patient’s chart. It also complies with MACRA criteria to qualify for MIPS incentives.
Practice Management

Our cloud-based solution allows you to instantly access financial and patient data from any location, at any time. Reviews
One user of RXNT EHR Software said,” Rxnt has been a fantastic experience for our organization so far. When it comes to documenting progress notes, our providers say it’s the easiest they’ve found. They enjoy having checkboxes as an option. The only disadvantage we had was that the office girls had more steps than practice fusion. Another said,” RXNT, in my opinion, provides everything you could require. If you have any concerns, the staff is always willing to assist you. We like how simple it is to use. You can also personalize what appears on your screen so that you are not overloaded.
They are continually changing to keep up with the times. They utilize many colours, but unlike some other users, they make sure everything is written down for the colour blind. We like that you can use it from anywhere and that it also has a phone app so you can obtain what you need even if you’re not in the workplace. However, I wish the three tabs communicated more with one another when it came to notes. I also wish we could put a deductible, co-insurance, or copay in the insurance choice rather than simply in the EHR option.

Reviews
One User of NextGen EHR Software said: “Previously, we used three different systems in our practice. For instance, We merged all three systems in February 2018 and began utilizing only NextGen. This allowed us to have everything in one software rather than having to switch between different systems. We can also scan all of the documents into this program, so this has been a handy tool just for convenience.
However, the claims processing functionality might be a little complex. Still, the support team is fantastic and always comes through for us”. Another said: “I’m a medical practice student who uses this tool, and it’s helping me in a variety of ways and made my day-to-day tasks more manageable. The device is simple to use and can access quickly. The functions and future diagnostic features are something I like about this tool as it helps me improve my skills. But there needs to be more resources and information about the future generation’s health system.
