    Various beauty products and dermal fillers can enhance your appearance. Additionally, maintaining an active, strong, mobile, and cheerful lifestyle can contribute to a well-functioning immune system. The immune system is the body’s natural defense against various “enemies” such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, and more.

    The immune system also safeguards the body from its own cells with disrupted organization that have lost their normal properties. It identifies and eliminates such cells, which could potentially be sources of cancer.

    On one hand, the immune system protects the body, while on the other hand, its condition depends on the overall health of the individual. It’s widely known that vitamins are essential for the development of immune cells, antibodies, and signaling substances involved in the immune response. Proper nutrition is a key aspect of a healthy lifestyle.

    So, how can you maintain year-round health and beauty?

    Set Realistic Goals: Avoid attempting to lose a significant amount of weight just before holidays or events. Restricting food intake can slow down metabolism, which is detrimental to your health and does not yield long-term results. Instead, set realistic goals and give yourself enough time to achieve them.

    Schedule Physical Activity: Just as you plan meetings, important tasks, and social gatherings in advance, why not include sports in your schedule? Make time to visit the gym, take brisk walks, or follow new exercise videos.

    Skin care: Would you like your skin to glow with health? Of course you do! Consider dry brushing and dermal fillers to soften rough skin and improve circulation. Use a gentle exfoliator twice a week and remember to moisturize daily, focusing on the face and lips to improve their condition and texture.

    Protect Your Skin from UV Rays: One common reason for not using sunscreen is the discomfort it can cause on the skin, along with skin whitening and pore-clogging. Therefore, it’s important to understand how to choose the right cream based on your skin’s characteristics and preferences.

    Sunscreens can contain chemical and/or physical protective filters. Chemical filters are more durable, lighter in texture, do not whiten the skin, and often provide a radiant finish. These creams are ideal for everyday use, especially under makeup, and are suitable for office workers who are not exposed to the sun for prolonged periods.

    However, for children, pregnant or lactating women, individuals with highly sensitive or problematic skin, or those with existing skin conditions, it is recommended to choose sunscreens with physical filters such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide for beach holidays. These sunscreens may cause slight whitening and have a denser texture. Physical filters are considered as safe as possible and, unlike chemical filters, do not penetrate deep into the skin.

    Watch Your Diet: If you enjoy feeling confident in fashionable swimsuits, congratulations! It’s important to avoid bloating and maintain a positive impression. To achieve this, steer clear of artificial sweeteners, alcohol, carbonated beverages, and chewing gum.

    Avoid Excessive Self-Criticism: Instead of comparing yourself to models, focus on your own body. If you follow a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and maintain a body weight within the normal range according to the Body Mass Index, there’s no need to criticize yourself. A healthy body is a beautiful body!

    Don’t Neglect a Nourishing Breakfast: To awaken your body in the morning and prepare it for a productive day, never neglect breakfast. Eating mindfully and allowing sufficient time will provide satiety and an energy boost. It will also prevent indulging in high-calorie snacks at work before lunch. An ideal breakfast consists of a wholesome meal rich in essential nutrients. Consider preparing omelets with vegetables, including boiled meat and whole grains. Supplement your breakfast with yogurt, cheese, honey, and fresh berries.

    Stay Hydrated

    Hydrating your body is essential for maintaining a healthy metabolism and improving intestinal motility. Adequate water intake can also help alleviate temporary hunger pangs, allowing you to hold off until dinner. Additionally, drinking a glass of water before a full meal can help reduce your food intake.

    To feel your best, prioritize hydration. Opt for plain water without any sweeteners or flavors to quench your thirst and support your overall well-being.
